We tried to get this passed in 07 but ran out of time. We are also trying to get places that sell booze and charge for addmission off the list and funerals and parades. A lot going to happen in 2009. If you aren't a member of grass roots of NC I highly suggest you join. I din't know we had fellow CCer's on the forum!!

I wish you guys all the best with it. Wish I could sign it, but I don't think they'd like a Florida boy mucking up the list.

Been loving every minute since ours was signed into law here in Florida.

I would bet they would refer to the in flight instructions for a crash landing. Just put your head between your legs.

Honestly, my best suggestion for you is to read the laws of your state. Anything not listed is fair game. Especially in your home. I.E. lets just for example say that IL law doesn't say anything specifically about axes, I would then keep one in every room. Just step outside the box for a little bit and you can come up with some great ideas for home protection. I hear you though, nothing beats having a handgun when you need it.
