Looking for good shop in WNC

I have been slowly but surely eliminating possible causes to no avail. Truck went down and changed the Cam sensor, seemed to fix it. Loss of power and surging idle set in. New parts: Fuel lift pump, ICP, IPR, Cam sensor, Fuel Filter. Air Filter is maintained, Fuel filters are kept up, EBP tube was cleaned, Fuel pressure is 55 psi, Injector buzz test was good, HPOP stays full and oil has been changed, UVCH are all good, All Fuses are good, I am thinking it could well be the IDM going out, but don't know a sure-fire way to find out without swapping one out or buying one(ouch!). Is there a way to find out for sure, without throwing money in the wrong direction? Any good shops around in WNC?
