Good shop for head stud replacement.
Hi all,
Im in elizabeth city and looking for a good shop some where with in 2-3 hours to do a head stud replacement for me on a 6.0. I will be getting a truck in the next year or two and want to get advice now rather than later when its too late. Would like not to spend more than 3k, but for a good job I will pay more if needed. Thanks in advance. Brian Last edited by kd7skx; 10-17-2010 at 03:48 PM. Reason: To fix title. |

Try talking with Scott (Scuffy828). He has a shop in Winston-Salem. He's 4.5 hours from you.

I am in Moyock. Have you thought about doing it yourself? I am in the process of changing my gaskets and everything else. As far as shops, there is Twisted Diesel in Chespeake, East Carolina Truck in Moyock. I also have a garage behind my house that I just put a two post lift in. My cab is off and i am diggin in (slowly). You bring the beer and pizza, I supply the tools and shop...we can get her done...
