are there diesel emisson laws in nc

hello im new here just getting back from deployment and looking to buy anouther diesel but not sure about the emisson laws in nc and where are the good shops thanks

I dont know about the charlotte/raliegh area, but fayetteville/fort bragg do not have any emissions tests at this time. As far as diesel shops I couldnt help you. I usually just do my own work.
