1994 Performance Options?

Everything I keep reading about my older IDI motor is to Turbo it out...Im NOT completely sure this block needs a turbo, but it's definatly an option to consider!

Other than a Turbo (which I still can't find a kit to install one on this monster) What else can be done to increase the power out of the old 7.3 IDI? I've yet to even find an intake for the truck, so I'm pretty curious about the rest of the performance stuff!

Im NOT huge into rolling coal, My Cummins did that fairly effectively, But I've thought about Stacking it out, and even going to different exhaust all together. The guy I bought the rig from sugguested doing headers (yet another part that is harder than hell to find!) and opening up the exhaust that way.

Any other sugguestions??
