Started getting ready for the hay season by servicing my tractor. Started by trying to find a hydraulic leak. Ended up pulling the return line from the loader. Brown goo came out with the hydraulic fluid. Oh great, the hyd. system is contaminated. 56 miles and an hour and a half to the New Holland dealer for new filter and 12 gal of fluid. Came home drained the system. Meanwhile I got the fuel filter and prefilter changed as well as the oil filter. Now to drain the oil. Crap, I need a 12 mm hex. 25 miles round trip to the parts store for a hex head socket.
Finally got everything together. Now to finish filling the hydraulics. The tractor is an 08 and has a egr system I believe. I need to figure out a delete for it.
Glad I'm getting rich raising a handful of cows or I would have to quit.
