86 F250 6.9.....couple questions

Just got her today. 1986 F250 Ext. Cab 4x4 4spd. She's a little rough body wise but runs pretty good. I'll get some pictures up here at a little while. Got a couple questions for you guys though. First up there is some fuel leaking around the injectors on the passenger side of the motor. Looks like all 4. I'm assuming from what I have read on here tha new injector O-rings will fix that. Second questing is the throttle pedal is awfully stiff. I use to have a 1980 F-150 and it was nowhere near as stiff. Just wondering if it's the nature of the beast or if there is anyway I can soften that up?? And thirdly the thing got drove for 2 hours to get here, didn't have any problems, got to my place it sat for 10-15 minutes, took it up to road to put fuel in it and when I went to fire it up it spit and sputtered for a little but, I revved it up a little and then it was fine. Any input on that. Sorry for all the questions. Thanks for the help guys. Oh truck actually has 208k on it.

Oh and 1 more question lol. How do the fuel gauges work on these things cause the one in this thing isn't working. It has the dual tanks on it. The front tank is missing the sending unit and there's a hose missing bettween the filler neck and the tank. It's rigged up with an electric fuel pump to run off the rear tank.
