do ya'll think this trade is worth it?

ok so I have a 1995 f150 that has been converted to a 98, with the 4.6 triton v8, an automatic tranny, and its 4wd, also has a 6" fab tech lift and 33" winston tires that are kinda worn, also has a drop in k&n, exhaust stacks, and a cd player with a sub.

someone wants to trade me for a 1985 f250 6.9 IDI, but he said it has a 93 front end and one ton axles as well as a 5 speed standard from a 93, he said both the engine and tranny are rebuilt and it has a 10" suspension lift with 33" tires and pretty decent lookin aluminum rims, 4wd, supposedly has 94,000 original miles, only problem he said is it needs a new oil pan gasket but its not leaking bad, said he has over 12grand into it and is getting 17 mpg with it and that it has a lot of power truck doesnt look to have much rust, both trucks are pretty clean with just minor scratches

do you guys think this is an even trade? or better for me?
