New to forum- headliner

Recently I picked up a clean '84 F250 2 wheel drive truck with 83,000 original miles from local farmer that had it garaged all of its life. Great truck so far, but now looking to do a few modifications, but still keeping it Ford OEM. Throwing on some 16" alcoas and putting the steels rims away. Also looking to install OEM cab running lights, through this helpful procedure: Cab Lights + Install/Pictures/DIY . The main problem is there is no headliner to hide the wiring. I know there are aftermarket headliners from jcwhitney and lmc, but like I said I would like to keep the appearance mostly stock. I was just wondering what my options are and if they even had an headliner option back then? Any advice would be helpful, thanks.
