92 f350 passenger window problem

Okay so my dad has a 1992 Ford f350 diesel, his passenger window messed up on him yesterday and i was wondering if anyone can help me out, When he pushes the down button all the gears and stuff engage and it goes down, now when you push up the motor tries but the gear does not spin and it kind of jumps and the window just jumps down slowly..

What part does he need or what can we do to fix this?

motor is bad. autozone has replacements 60-70 with core.



to get the window up, remove the door panel, remove the motor, push the window up the put the motor back on to hold it up. just dont roll it down till theres a new motor on it.

been doing that to our 88 that now needs both sides done.
