Coolant system

since diesels run hotter and are very diffrent from gas jobs should i use a special type of atifreeze/coolant im gunna flush my sytem and fill it up with some good stuff. The problem is i dont know what the ''good stuff'' is?? Also should i still mix 50 to 50 ?? any advice would be great thanks

i found this video and was thinking about useing these products Is that ok or should i use somthing differant
