Cruise Control Not Working

I'll make this short & simple: '93 IDI, cruise not working, had the recall performed, where do I look?

Did it work before recall? 4/5 speed or auto? Horn work? Check all fuses. Mine isn't working either on my "new" 86. I am going to use this page to get it going.

Horn works, fuses are good, tranny's an E4OD.

ok just askin. ive heard issues with the cc and horn not working too. is the cc all wired up fine? buttons work?

Not 100% sure if the buttons work. I know in Heavy, the "CRUISE" light doesn't come on until you hit "SET ACCEL" after you hit ON. So on the Tank, I don't even know what the light looks like to see if the buttons work right. As for the wiring, it looks like it's all intact.
