Front Brakes over heating on E350.

Hi All,
Back for more help,The front drivers side brake caliper on my 1994 E350 RV is staying on and keeping the pads tight on the rotor this is causing them to over heat and bind up this only happines in city/town driving when the brakes are being applied a lot more, when I stop for a while and let it cool down it frees up and off I go till I have to use the brake a lot again ,the caliper pistons are free the capiler pin/bolt are clean and the capiler moves freely on them, all other three brakes on the RV are free it is only this one brake that does this??
Dave.
