In stumps absence,...I think any of the mods could do it.

All they have to do is,..write down everyone's name who entered on a separate piece of paper,..put it in a hat....then draw 4 names.

That is how stump does it.

hmmm, yes tank i know that. but stump is the ROTM manager so to speak and i dont want to step on toes. im gonna find out what needs to be done.
