Maybe You Heard Banded? A Banded Bird Has A Metal Band Crimped Around It's Leg That Has An 800 Number And A Identification # On It. If You Shoot One You Call In The Number And You Get A Certificate And They Can Gather All Kinds Of Info Off It!
