So I was taking my GF out for mothers day to see Ironman 2 cause that's what she wanted to do (friday night). Little did I know there was a cop waiting for people to turn into the theater where they have apparently just installed signs telling you not to turn and painted a double white line! So I got popped for 3 things. No seatbelt, turning where prohibited by sign, and disregard sign- do not cross. WTF the last 2 are the same thing!

I never saw any sign or line as I was busy making sure I didn't run over anyone while I was changing lanes

This all happened within a mile of where my truck has been vandalized, stolen, and broken into more times than I care to remember and this is what these MF's are doing with their time! I am pissed!

That does suck... I try and wear my seatbelt everywhere but I am forgetful at times but the other two are stupid.

Should of been wearing your belt...

Oddly GA doesn't require adults to wear their seat belt in a pickup truck. I don't think I have ever heard anyone getting pulled over here from not wearing their belt. I see kids in cars jumping around with no belts on all the time. Pretty stupid IMO, if they get in a bad wreck those kids are going flying.

That used to be the way it was here I think but they changed it. And yea, I probably should be wearing it but my problem with seatbelt laws is that it is none of anyone else business what I do in my truck unless there is a high probability that my actions could hurt someone else. If it was so important for safety then why did they just now require seatbelts in school buses?
