Is The Price Right???

So... we might be moving. Found a 25 acre horse racing farm about an hour south of where I live now. Dad wants to get outta here and way out into the sticks. We found this little jewel on some nice land, and for an AMAZING price. Were going to look at it tomorrow, but is the price too good to be true?
Its got two houses, a 2 story 2 bath, 1 bed... and a very nice and new double wide on the other side of the property.

Seems reasonable for all that is on the land, pond, barn and all that fencing.. houses are not that big but combined with all the other stuff you get seems like a deal to me!

Well the thing is, land up here is PRICY, the original one we were looking at was only 7 acres, house was pretty big, 5,000 S/ft.... and it was $900,000... then we found this jewel.

Yeah I was gunna say, with all the land you could end up making some good money... and was the other house located closer to town, that will play into effect on the cost as well... but obviously larger house will be more too haha..
