NY Powerstroke.org Chapter

So I posted this in the chapter area of the site and didn't seem to get any bites. There has got to be some NY guys out there that want to get this going. One of my best friends owns a graphic design company and can hooks us up with a logo, decals, t-shirts, hats, whatever...

ONLY PROBLEM IS GETTING MEMBERSHIP!!! Anyone in NY looking to get this going post here, or shoot me a PM. LETS GET IT GOING!!!!

Well I'm north of Albany in Saratoga. I'd like to belong to a chapter but work gets in the way of doing a lot of unneeded traveling.

According to new rules we need only hold one event a year and attendance is NOT mandatory... SOOOO i cant see why you wouldn't join!!!! I've got another guy ready to join up so now we need just 2 more members!!!!

Here are the Chapter Rules as posted by ABOBB...

All chapters will have a logo. All logos will include “Powerstroke.org” in their design.

The requirements for being a member of a chapter are the following:

Chapter formation will occur at such time as a group has organized, and presented a list of members and a logo design to the Powerstroke.org staff, and said logo design is approved.

These chapters are a function of Powerstroke.org. As such, they may not function outside of Powerstroke.org CoC. Also, the Powerstroke.org staff reserves the right to make changes at any time to facilitate operation of these chapters.

Not sure if I count being in Western NY, but I'll be in. No truck right now (), but I have 3 I'm interested in that are within 2 hours or so, but I'm pretty sure 1 is out, due to mileage. After (over) a year of searching and 6+ months looking almost everyday on CL, autotrader, and ebay out to ~300 miles away, I'm getting tired of it. I'm almost positive reasonably priced clean, lower mileage 99+ CCLB 7.3s don't exist, other than in Texas... I've even started to really consider a 6.0, because I can find those cheap, clean, low mileage, and even studded (1 of the 2 that I think have a chance).

Where in WNY are you?? I am down in Corning, but Rich us 1 1/2hrs, Buff is like 2 1/2hrs.

You only interested in CCLB ? I know of a truck for sale, believe its an 02' EXLB lifted on 20's all blacked out. If your interested i can go check it out for you... LMK

I'm about 10 minutes outside of Buffalo. If you go by that truck again, miles and price might help. (I wouldn't go out of your way to get it though) For the right deal, I don't care what it is. I've got a pretty good sounding deal right now, but the truck needs a new interior (found on here already) tailgate, and T-case shift motor.

I'm also really starting to like the sound of a 05 6.0 I found... But a paid off loaded 01 7.3 would be nice.
