Broke down 12miles west of Lincoln, NE. Fuel smell, Diesel knock louder, High EGT's,

I am on my way to Montana From San Antonio, Just broke down outside Lincoln, NE. No engine light. High egt's, diesel smell no go over 55mph, both tanks were full when I pulled over to add anti-gel. When I opened the main fuel tank, Fuel is coming back out at me. (It's -10 or -20 cold). Have know idea were to go from here.

thats my thought too but it only got to 10*F here last night and i'm on the east side of Lincoln

Being from TX hes probably not running winter blend fuel
