Hooters is nice - but not big enough and no garage to work in or strip to tear up.

Everybody welcome @ my house on the weekends has many have found out from this forum and what not...

I will be making the NC meet - and alot of other people will too. The meets are easy - the sponsorship isn't!

I think that their should be an event closer the the north west region...On the texas/arizona thing why have two events 2 states away from each other? given their big states apart thats still dont make it any closer for us northern boys

I tried a couple times to get a meet and greet in Michigan. But when the date came for it. I ended up having to call up my buddies to come around to eat up the food. Just seems like around me lots of talk of showing up if one is put together but when it actually comes around no one shows.

Yeh, that happens sometimes. I usually invite about 2x's the amount of people that I actually want over and get right around the # of people that I want around. Stuff comes up, and you never know it, and it sucks!

the ORG itself didnt start any of the meets man...they all started with individuals. The first key to a successfull meet is to plan it minimum a month and a half to two months out so people dont already have plans....the second is to plan it at a location (dragstrip, dyno, etc) that makes people wanty to come!!!
