You can reserve your room online or by phone with the group code HRD to get your discounted room rate of $89 for a room with one King bed or two Queen beds. The NHRDA Annual Awards Banquet will be in the Conference Room at this same Hotel following the World Finals. Make your reservations early if you plan on attending to make sure you get our special group rate. The hotel has an on-site restaurant, and a swimming pool with waterslide.

World Finals coverage to be National Televised

Contracts are signed and it is official the 2011 NHRDA World Finals will be Nationally Televised on Saturday December 10th 2011 at 8.30 am on MAV Television.

This 30 minute show will feature the NHRDA World Final Elimination rounds, plus have featrured interviews with drivers and coverage of our Awards Banquet that night.

If everything goes great at the World Finals MAV Tv wants to have 12 episodes next year and the series would be called Torque Television.

MAV Television has over 30 million viewers and this will be our chance to show the World what Diesel Motorsports is all about. So grab the wife, family and freinds and be at Heartland Park , Topeka Kansas on September 10th 2011.

Had our final meeting today with film crew and their will be covering the event with 3 camera's. After showing them some footage of Pro Street , Pro Stock and Top Diesel and they saw that sometimes the competitors disappear into a black wall of smoke they decided to get 2 boom lifts and have 3 cameras covering the drag racing.

Also they will be on sight Friday to do driver interviews and get various shots of competitors and vehicles.

So lets make this a great event and show the World that Diesel Motorsports is a National Pastime.

The NHRDA is proud to announce their partnership with the Red Cross for the upcoming World Finals in Topeka Kansas.

The Red Cross has their annual Ride for the Red motorcycle rally that will be kicking off the start of our World Finals by sending over 400 bikes out on a 150 ride to raise money for Hurricane Irene recovery effort.

Red Cross will also be on hand selling 50/50 raffle tickets so lets make sure to support this great organization and raise some money for all those impacted by Hurricane Iren.
