actually my uncle who lives by Yates Cider mill in Shelby Township michigan said some of the movie took place in a junk yard over by that cider mill. It showed how detroit and the crappy suburbs look like. I dont care that move was freakin awesome. I love seeing a pissed off old guy, nothing funnier. From what i hear is that michigan is becoming the new hollywood because of all the incentives and tax cuts to make a movie, if its made in michigan. I will definitely own the movie and watch it alot

i thought that this was one of the best movies I have seen in along time, i watched it tonite and was thouroughly impressed. this movie will def. be part of my DVD collection.

He should of just tossed a grenade in the window and waited on the other side of the cars with his m1 grand I believe it was and picked em off as they came out side lol.

I rented it at the redbox last night and watched it. It was a great movie, its was good to see a good quality movie thats not full of ridiculous action and unreal stunts. It could hit pretty close to home for some people. I suggest renting it Clay.......oh yeah that Gran Torino was beautiful, even in that booger green color

I really want a gran torino after seein it, Im glad he didnt shoot em cause he wouldv looked like a crazy old man.
