where to have trans built near kc?

well i blew the transmission in my truck last night. i was wondering if theres anyone local that can build it.

the truck is an 04 f250. its a daily driver for now but soon it will just be a pulling truck, so looking to get something that will take abuse

not really sure at this point, im trying to figure out my best options. right now, im leaning towards buying a transmission from twisted, but want to research a little more. if thats the route i go, i'll be looking for a shop to install it, or if theres a member that does good work, id rather pay them and help an individual out.
