someone hit my truck than drove away!

So i walked out from school today and someone had backed into my front drivers side fender and completely smashed it up.

I called junkyards and all they have a really rusty ones and they want 75 dollars for them, I could get a new one for that almost.

Does anyone have a front drivers side fender that will fit my 95 f350 for a good price? Im from chaksa but would be willing to drive a bit. Anything would be great!
