Eric, Ditty, Jesse, Dave, Katie, Nate, Corey and myself were discussing this on the way home from the SSS event. We were thinking about how cool it would be to have a meet on the beach like this in the spring. Fishing, camp fires, cooking, 4wd and trucks. What more could you ask for?

We were shooting for April, but that's still definitely up in the air. I need to see how many people would actually be interested in doing this. I was thinking I might be able to arrange something with the park officials for a weekend event or something so every truck doesn't have to pay 70 bucks to get on. Anyways, check out this above link and post if you would be interested in doing this!

Sounds like a killer plan guys. Count me in for sure. I would say to change the destination to the OBX because...There is no 70.00 charge to go out on the beach and the beaches out here are more fun in my opinion. I was raised on the eastern shore on *****oteague Island and Assateague Island. If you plan on the beaches in the obx you can or could this year have fires on the beach and they have camping places on the beach. You can hit the northern part of the outerbanks the first day (Corolla and Oregon Inlet) then on the 2nd day hit Hattaras Island. Lots of fun stuff there. Just some other options but definitely count me in and im here to help with any calling or planning you all might need to do. Sounds like we need to have lunch in Ocean City, MD one day to throw some ideas around. :-) Gives me a reason to drive home and ocean city shouldnt be to far for you yanks. lol
