Good Morning, I'm pretty much with you guys, What do we need to do? Is there fees involved? Like other clubs or groups? Even though its hard for me to make events due to family and work. I would still like to be a member. But ya know I gotta represent Dirty Jersey!!!

I would like to join in with you guys. It is hard for me to make the events though with my schedule. I would like to be a part of the chapter though. I am also up for becoming a premium member, how do I do that?

Justin you just need to click on the membership link at the top of the forum page. It's pretty self explanatory from there.

As far as fees go, I have been thinking about that and we would need to do something just to cover the cost of making our banner and things of that nature. Those are things we would need to figure out as we draft our bylaws. Most clubs like this that I have been involved with charge $25 per year just to cover the costs of mailings and such. I would like to see us keep this cost to a minimum like maybe $10 since premium Org membership is already needed to keep our chapter in good standing. Once things get rolling we can do raffles and such for fundraisers to cover our costs.

There is a lot to think about as we draft our bylaws and shape this thing up. It's going to require a lot of member input if it's going to be successful.

We have plenty of members John I just need confirmation on here. Nate, Dave, Marty, Echo and a few others will be in I'm sure of that.

Justin it won't be a big deal if you can't make the meets. The way I see it is if you can make it just 3 or 4 of the many that we will have per year it's cool. The requirement is that we have 4 meets per year with at least 50% membership present. Once we have more than 19 members (which will be almost immediately) we will only be required to have 25% attendance at the meets. This will make it a lot easier. The premium member requirement works the same way.

I'm am very anxious to get this thing going. We can't be beaten to the punch by the Houston girls!
