Need Auto Enginuity!

Hello,
I recently moved to the Detroit (Westland to be exact) area and started having issues with my truck. My truck will not start and is sitting on the road above where a water main broke. I have recently replaced the alternator and start due to failure and when I replaced the starter this weekend my truck will no longer start. I have no smoke during cranking and believe that it is fuel related. I need a scanner to determine what the problem is.

If there is anyone in the area with this software that is willing to come to Westland to help me, please let me know. I would greatly appreciate your help!
