I would be going to a different shop. I don't think your getting your gears set up correctly.
If you replaced your gears 3 times because of improper install. Then the shop truely does not know what they are doing. It sounds like they are just throwing the ring and pinion in the pig. Then saying ok your good to go.
If this is being done under warranty through the shop. I would tell the manager you got one more try. If it fails again, I will be taking my truck somewhere else. Then I will send you the bill.
I did my own gears, just took my time and did a lot of reading. Got it all set up and no problems so far. It amazes me that shops that do this all the time can be this sloppy. Of course, they do it in a few hours and mine took a few days with ball joints, etc.
Maybe go into more detail about what the problem is. What is "going out"? Are the gears themselves wearing out? If the gear mesh pattern is good and they don't overheat there shouldn't be a problem. If they can't set the gears up properly because the housing is out of spec that can be something difficult to deal with.
dont really know much about it but the teeth just keep messing up dont really know much about it though but i got them installed about year and half ago and this is the third time this happens!
To me, if you are having gear meshing problems, that just screams poor alignment and shimming.
