pull the hub bearing out and check on the back to be sure the needle bearings arent all blown apart. although if the needle bearing on the back is blown apart you will have a serious groan and the axle will actually slop around a lot. that is something maybe to check?
I just put a new hub bearing in it. Is that what your talking about. And doug that was just a picture to give me an idea where to look they said it should'nt move anyway but in circles.
yeah thats what it is. I was just using it to show what I was talking about. lol. Im just going to have to take it to a shop I think because I cant find it.
You said you just put hub bearings in it. Do you mean the actual wheel bearings. There is a third bearing that is pressed into the inside of the spindle. You need to remove the hub and axle then remove the spindle off of the knuckle and look on the back side. These are available at any local auto parts stores. JJ
Well I did'nt know that but I did look back there and it looks dry it seems I did'nt know there was another bearing back there. what would it be called?
