I will be adding factory fog lights to my truck, which did not come with them orig. How do I do this? through a relay? or just a toggle switch and a fuse type set up? if its a relay, a diag, or description would be nice, I am kinda retarded when it comes to relays on vehicles.
you can do it that way if you like.... (I know not fog lights but) when I added my clearance lights to my truck I just tapped into one of the marker lights and I never had a problem with it... you can do that also with your fog lights it you would always want them on when you turn on your marker lights....
well not for sure about the fog lights... but when I done my clearance lights I tapped all 5 into just one marker light and like I said no problem at all:woot: I'm sure someone within time will be able to chim in and telll you exactly where you can tape into if you don't wanna go the marker way...
Just buy one of the cheapo fog light wire harnesses (comes with relay) and then go to the junkyard and pick up a couple pig tails for the fog lights. Then just wire it to a switch on your dash. You would have to buy a new switch to get your to work.
