:icon_ford:I was on my way home from the shop and I live between 2 step hills, I getting ready to go down the hill and around the corner at the bottom was an F450 and all i could see was white smoke.... he was hauling a gooseneck with a Case dozer on it, i was the second inline behind him and could tell he had no power, besides the obvious smoke billowing out of his pipes, i hit my strobes and got out to talk to the guy, as a car skids behind my truck almost rear-ending me, we were talking about away to get him up the hill and off the road, so tell him i have a strap, he goes well we can try it but i dont think your going to move me, i chuckled as i walked to my truck, he stoped traffic the other way as a cop pulled up, and then we sold the cop on our idea, he said if anything happens he was never here  once everything was hooked up, i put my truck into its sled pull tune, (it wont let it shift out of 2nd) I locked in 4x4 and i slow but surely pulled his whole rig and trailer up the hill and off onto the first street, took out someones yard a bit, couldnt really turn lol  The cop pulled in and i got out to unhook the chain, i could see the amazement on both of there faces :tard: to be honest i was feeling really good, didnt think my truck was going to do it that well. :icon_ford: the cop said that I blacked out the whole street for a good 5 minutes and my truck was just pouring smoke the whole way up the grade... i didnt even think to look back, i was way to focused and praying it wasnt going to break! :icon_ford: I havent a clue what was wrong with the 6.4 but he was able to move alittle bit once we unhooked the trailer.... the guys boss came to pick up the trailer and wrote me a check for a 100 bucks! and i guess ford was coming to tow the 6.4.
sorry for the long post, but me and my 7.3 are sitting pretty high and mity right now, i hate this time change because it was too dark for my camera phone to take a picture
