Can any one tell me howto remove the main dash in an 02? I am referring to the part that goes around the gauges and around the radio etc?I know just pull evenly , start at a corner etc. I just tried it seemedstuck at parts, is their a screw to remove? does the radio have to come out first?
thanks
5$ sounds good to me! If not I'll go ahead and try the nails :thumb:
Backlighting? Maybe later on! I heard they're quite the job, specially if you're changing every single green light in the truck:doh:
Someone on the .org did it though...hell of a job
I'm actually trying to remove part of my dash to able to fit switches (Nice and clean not half-a$$) for winter strobes and back-up lighting, plus I'll need room for the wiring back there.
Plus I'll have to do this same job on my dad's truck; his 4x4 indicator is burnt, and so is one of the lamps for oil pressure. Plus, I just noticed the little lamp that lights up the headlights switch is dead too
They hard to fix?
Thanks for the help guys!
