The pervious owner of the truck took out the horn and all I have is a cheap plastic air horn wanna-be that is zip-tied to the radiator in front of the battery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i do like the air splitter from Wolo (I think that is name brand) that I have in my other truck (has chevy 350 engine so lots of room).

Does anyone have air horns with small horns (not looking for train or anything too loud) and if so, where did you mount them?

Thanks.

The words "Train Horns" and "Small" don't belong in the same sentence!! Most mount them in the location of the spare tire, Steve mounted his under his tool box which doesn't come down to the bed of the truck, this was a preet slick location, may not be as loud because of the bed walls, but well protected and he still has his spare.

The wolo air splitter is what I call a small air horn (I don't want train horns). These are small http://www.wolo-mfg.com/415-big.jpg Is there no room in the engine compartment for something even this size?

AIR HORNS (sir splitter is almost 1/2 way down the page)

Pitched the spare since it's useless and mounted my train horns there.

Until you have a FLAT!!!

That splitter horn linked to above sounds more like a Harmonica instead of a horn!! If you hit that horn people are going to be looking around for one of those rides outside the market you rode as a kid!!!

I know you are not seriously using your little computer speaker to determine the sound of an air horn!!

It sounds good and our town has a noise variance so I can't go louder. I hook it up to my regular horn (no side button). I already have it in my gas truck under the hood. It makes unsuspecting people jump!! It is plenty loud.

Just looking for suggestions where I can mount them. nothing else.

Thanks.
