Was driving along and my rig just DIED! and the CEL came on so i pulled over pulled the code and got a P2285 (Injector ctrl pressure sensor circ low)
after checking the code i tried starting it and it fired right up but I needed to replace my ICP sensor before it left me stranded on the side of the road far from the house.
the sensor is a dealer item that runs about $140
dont do this when the engine is hot
its located by the alternator you can see it right under the hot side intercooler pipe
unplug the connector
the only tool you will need is a 15/16 wrench the area to get in there is some what tight but not unbearable, theres enough room to work the wrench
once you get the sensor loose enough to loosen by hand you can pull the intercooler tube out of the way to come around the left side and unscrew by hand
when you pull the sensor out some oil will flow out of the hole and from the sensor (no biggie)
then put the new sensor back in the fitting and plug it back up and your done
takes a whopping 10 minutes
