I added the Icon TEI spacer to the front and 1 inch taller blocks in the rear to my 2005 with no problems. With that being said, you may have to adjust the caster again.
The drop brackets installed during the lift put the caster back to original. When you start adding more lift the caster will change, 1 inch would not be a big change unless it was at the low end of the specification from the factory. I will get a picture up asap.
You're likely going to run into issues with the length of your track bar, drag link, brake lines and need to correct your caster. I would add a .5*-1* caster shim to compensate for the additional lift.
