I'm just wondering, but what does it take to get a 03 f250 ext cab w/ 2wd into the 14s. I've done the tymar intake and I have a 5" exhaust coming and the evo2. I know the evo doesn't make nearly the numbers as the chips but for now its what I could afford. Thanks y'all

Your programmer will make a huge huge difference. You'll have the 3 best mods done. Intake exhaust and chip/programmer. Try some of the cheap, or free mods, like the 10k mod, FPR shim, wastegate mod, and ZooDad mod. They will also help a little.

Honestly not too much for a stock height truck, 2wd... probably a fuel system, turbo, little trans work, and a good chip....

but then again yours is an 03 with PMR's....

Yeah, I didn't realize about the PMRs until after I got the truck and got on this website. I guess I'll just have to live with being able to drive my truck till the thing rusts away. Still going to try though, whats the worst that could happen, break something?

true.. there are guys that have been 400+ on PMR's for a long time... but then again there are others that didn't make it:doh:

Posi traction, traction bars and ET drag radials. Traction is usually the biggest part of being quick in a 2wd.

Like so many including myself who have holes in blocks. get your rods done first while its out head studs. or you will be like and many others if you decide to push it to far motor out holes in the block.

if you get a chip intake exhaust you will be fine but anyfurther start getting the details worked out for some rods.
