Hello, and first, sorry about my bad spelling, i am from Norway :)

I got som problems whit my 6.0 2003 (70000 miles)
its doing smoke and uneven firing at idle, when Cold over night.
It also make pressure in colant, so i think the head gasket blown, its comming more pressure if i use the engine harder.

The engine is running whit a SCT tuner, and i have don a EGR delet my self, just Welding the ends on the cooler.

What is the way to og now ? i thinking abut pulling the cab, and rebuilding the sylinder heads.
Is this kit the way to go, ore shoud i put the OEM cylinder gaskets ?

A buddy and I just did a cab off last week on his truck, like the others have stated go with OEM gaskets. While doing the head gaskets go ahead and do the oil cooler as well and upgrade the hpop STC fitting also. Have your heads pressure checked for cracks and if they are good have a gasket mill done. If you can get away without having to do emission tests for state inspections I would also suggest doing the EGR delete kit as well. Also for a about $80 bucks go ahead and do the blue spring mod too, easy and cheap and better throttle response. Kits come with most every thing you need but if I remember correctly you will need to buy your injector O rings separately. We are working on putting a cab off thread together that will list and have pictures of taking everything loose to pull the cab and pulling everything apart for a head stud job, going back together you would just go backwards through the list. I'll let you know once we get it posted if you would like

Ok i do the hpop STC fitting, but tell me, why do i want to do that ???

The factory one is a 2 piece fitting and over time will cause oil to leak and therefore messes up your oil pressure for firing the injectors. The replacement piece is a 1 piece fitting that eliminates the problems from the original fitting.
