No Power to any Wheel

I replaced the A/C Clutch and Serpentine Belt in my 2000 F-350 7.3 4WD Crew Cab this afternoon since the clutch bearing failed the other day and the belt was old. I took it for a quick test drive and there was no issue as I gradually got up to about 55MPH. I pressed on the accelerator just enough to get the truck to downshift. The downshift occurred without issue, but the truck suddenly lost power to the rear wheels. I coasted in to a gas station with no problems with power steering or A/C.

The engine is running strong, and the shift linkage feels good when I shift into any gear. The transfer case acts fine when I shift in to 4 Hi and Low. However, the truck will move neither forwards or backwards. I do not see anything abnormal underneath the truck. There are no bad smells and no grinding or slipping that I can detect.

Any suggestions of what to expect, or if there is any correlation with the work I did on it today? I'll have a local transmission shop pick it up in the morning.
