6.4 Fuel issue?

I have a 2008 f250 6.4 and had a code show up the other day p0088 which is fuel rail pressure to high. All of the problem I am having seem to have happened after I installed a spartan tuner. After returning the truck back to stock after being put into limp mode numerous times because of the p0088 code I ran the truck and it ran fine but I went to Drive again and after Start up it just quit running and won't start. It cranks over but will not fire. I checked for Code and now I have a p0003 and a few other codes saying it has a bad ground and issues with the fuel pressure regulator in the HPFP.

Has anyone had this issue or herd of something similar? Could this be something to do with the spartan or a bad HPFP.

I have a p0003 after replacing my air dog fuel filters and priming the filters/ system via the ford procedures/Airdog system. I.e. get covered in diesel while someone helps you.
Check the upper fuel filter off and see if the bowl is full of fuel. If not put it back on prime it and then check it again. Check to see if it bleeds off emptying the bowl. It Could be a stuck check valve in the HPFP. Or a bad harness/gasket for the HPFP. Which involves pulling the cab… (my next adventure) after paying a shop 5k about 2 years ago guess it’s time again. Make sure you get a reputable remanded OEM one.
