Is the Torq 2.2 the only tuner available for the 6.7 that won't leave a thumb print or a trace it was ever on the truck?

What makes you think it doesn't?

The computer is going to record any turbo boost and several other parameters.
So if you have readings that show high boost, they will know you had a tuner of some sort was on the engine.

The Torq may not leave a message that it was installed, I have to believe it will push many parameters higher than the OEM computer does, making it easy for the techs to know something was installed that modified the factory programing.

Does it matter to the warranty gods if they know you had a programmer installed or just that certain PIDs all show you were over spec?

Unless the Torq erases all the Engine codes from memory, Somebody will be able to know a tuner was involved. And if it does erase all the codes. Then I suspect the absence of codes is as much a flag as having too high of values.

Most folks are reported good success with their tuners. I don't see a problem with the techs being able to tell. If you push it too hard and break something, then it should be your money and not the warranty departments

The Torq 2.2 will not change ur boost pressure at all. It only boosts ur fuel rail pressure, and does not show up on the PCM. There are no warranty concerns whatsoever... This is just a fuel module, and not actually a "tuner"
This came straight from Eric at Innovative.
