I don't know what to tell you other than you get what you pay for. I think there was a thread a week or so ago (it may have been on TDG) from somebody that had bought a similar ebay set, and they said it was a ripoff because it only added 1/2" at most.
As far as leveling kits go, you really have 3 choices for 99-04's: shackles, leaf packs, and leaf springs. Normally full leaf springs are the way to go for stability and ride quality, but for a small amount of lift like 1-2", I don't think any one is these is going to be far better than the others. Whatever way you choose to go, you're still going to need to buy new shocks and an adjustable track bar.
They are crap will they lift the truck..yes will they change the castor..yes.
Lift springs..4" Icon's But will not ride as good as stock springs!
A hanger kit..3-4.5"..Icon
Mini spring kit 2"..Icon
Adjustable track bar is a must!..Icon
New shocks..Bilsteins properly valved are fantastic..but if you only raise 2" you can use what you have.
