Question on Gauge Fuses

When installing gauges & adding a fuse, AutoMeter recommends using a 10a fuse. Now, the instructions only give you info on fusing a single gauge. What about 3 gauges? I found a way in the Banks instructions on a clean install that involves 2 pos(+) wires going to the top of a crimping nut and the 3rd pos. goes to the bottom of the nut with a pos. power supply. The same goes for the neg(-). But what about fusing this set-up? Should I use a 30a fuse @ the pos. power supply wire? Or would the gauges still have to be fused individually with 3 10a's?
