I notice it sometimes in my system. In other trucks, I've taken some watered down bleach solution, turned on the blower to full and sprayed the bleach into the wiper cowl where the system draws outside air. It's helped get rid of the smell.
Another thing that helps is to turn off the AC a little before you stop driving, turn the blower up full blast and let it blow like that until you turn off the truck. It tends to blow out the tubes.
This has worked for me. Just offering as a suggestion.
