Gauge Needles Jumping, A/C Shutting OFF, & Battery Light

After searching all over the web I am befuddled as to what kind of gremlins have gotten ahold of my father's 2003 F-250.
He says that;
-The needles on the gauge cluster jump erratically back and forth
-The battery light comes on
-Then in instances before or after, or even alone from the top two, the A/C starts blowing warm until the blend door or something slams shut and the A/C starts blowing cold again.

He has gone through a few alternators and multiple batteries to no avail. Im not sure what little gremlin could cause this. Thanks in advance!:icon_ford:

On the fender well behind/below the air cleaner is a terminal/junction point that corrodes up and kills power going to the main fuse panel under the dash.

Thanks Bill! Hopefully I can go over and get a look under the hood of his truck soon.
