    I'm not so sure about the KC-66
    It's basically putting a 66mm wheel in a stock turbo, and I thing the exhaust housing would be too small for that and cause excessive back pressure and EGT

    Now I could be wrong of course, that's just my theory. I wish I could have tested it to see for myself.

    I think 400hp on 160/30's is like hoping for 330 on stock injectors.
    Some claim that 175/80's will make 500hp, but we all know that far from the norm.

    ya i keep thinking either 160/30 or 160/80. and i wish the kc-66 turbo testers would hurry up and give us some data lol
    i think im just going to get either a 38r or kc-66 if its good and cheap.

    i keep hearing people say 400hp is attainable with a 160/30 but then i hear 160/80 is a 400hp injector

    then that makes me think i should get 200/30 hybrids

    just saw on riffraffs site today they are selling high flow fuel fittings that get rid of the check valves. supposed to flow 3X more.
    says they are good for up to stage 2 injectors on a completely stock fuel system.
    and they are only 30 bucks haha

    It sounds way better. The bigger exhaust housing somehow allows more of the V8 rumble to get through. You'll be driving around with your passenger side window down a lot

    sweet just what i wanted to hear. if i get it ill throw my riffraff wheel on and get a 360 thrust kit too. ive heard you say the larger exhaust housing makes it sound different too, whats the noise like?

    the arm is better thanks for asking bud. just started work again this week. straight to nights and ten hour days
    but it pays for the fun haha

    theres one on ebay for 100 bucks and im thinking about getting it.

    haha ya i get pretty tired of answering what intake or what chip to buy lol

    ive been going over on thedieselstop lately. there is a few knowledgeable guys over there but it seems like they are a year behind on all their info. and they are all diehard dp-tuner fans haha

    i went camping a few weeks ago and no joke there was one dodge, one duramax and like 20 7.3's! they are extremely popular around here.

    got my second cast off, now in a brace...for another month! im bored out of my mind lol

    my injectors are so noisy and rough compared to my dads 2000 7.3 with almost 100k miles, i drove his truck today getting firewood and im so jealous how quiet and smooth they are...

    well i dont think you can go wrong with pis or full force.
    full force 165/30's are only 1300 bucks compared to pis 160/30's at 1400.
    my buddies truck runs great with the full force 165/30's.
    whatever you go with i wanna hear your results!

    gotcha. ya i was on the fence about getting bigger injectors but its just not feasible living in a state that requires smog testing.
    and i figured adding a bigger ex housing would help me from blowing up my stock turbo.
    im looking at buying just the 1.15 housing for 100 bucks...sound like a good deal?

    haha sounds like my dad, the only person who does maintenance on his 7.3 is me.
    and ya i told him whats the point of putting new injectors in when its not gonna work right lol

    im picking up a 1.15 housing here soon, you still like running the van turbo?
    my plan is to get a ported housing, upgrade 360 rebuild kit from barder, and riffraff ported housing wheel so i wont kill the turbo with 165/30's.

    seeing as i already get 35 psi, im sure the turbo wouldnt like 43-45 psi haha

    Lots of money spent at RiffRaff
    Holley fuel pump, in tank mods, crappy riding leveling kit, DP-F6, 5 Gauges+Edge CS, too many stupid little mods to list
    Still pretty slow, just less slow now.
