So i am at the point were i am focusing on getting the truck paid off. I got a great job for the summer making great money. So my plan is that i get the truck paid off by the end of summer. So right now i am getting the accessiores on like fancy stuff and then when the truck is paid off i am going hard core on performance! so i am asking what should i do for performance gains in steps. i wont be able to afford everything at once, so i need a game plan what to buy first and then what i need to support that performance gain etc... i need a list of what to get in order! Thanks guys!:)

well i wouldn't go over 400 with those rods but a good tuner and if you really don't care about blowing it up, then go with injectors or water injection, good fuel system is always nice to have even if you never go over 400, Fass makes some good products. me my self i want as much as possible and when it blows save up for a good rebuild

well i got a ts lined up as of now and i would replace rods before i break them! i know i would need a tranny!

I guess what i am saying i want to be the fastest diesel around here so i want to prove my truck:D

Are you getting Tony Wildmans tunes or your new TS chip

Since you are getting a TS chip put Tony's tunes on it he is one of the best there is and its only 150 bucks for him to do it

lift or leveling kit

stage 2 injectors, chip, intake, exhuast, and whatever else someone can think of, new turbo

Yes fast! but i still need to be able to hook up to a trailer and go to! I was thinking getting the chip and then maybe doing a turbo, some type of injectors, fass, tranny, pm rods, 6.0 intercooler, ram air

How fast is the fastest diesel around?

A 6.0 with just a programmer and nitrous in your bed/cab config would be low 12's...

it'll take forged rods, headstuds, turbo, stage 3's or bcodes with big oil, I/C, a fuel system, a BUILT trans, custom programming, valve springs, pushrods, NO LIFT or bigger tires and that'll put you there on fuel. Basically the same mods that I'm doing since you have a regular cab aka $11,000 +

To go much beyond that you could do a very small shot of nitrous but don't get too crazy unless you plan to go with stronger then forged rods... after the above mentioned mods - you're really getting into the expensive and unreliable side of things.
