    I saw your videos on youtube just wanted to know what the longevity of cleaning your spool valves and nozzles is? I plan on using my hornady ultrasonic cleaner and hornady oneshot cleaning solution. I use it to clean my firearms really tough on baked on carbon and varnishing. I want to submerge all parts with the exception of the plunger coated in diamilite (?)? Do you know of anyone doing this before? I don't believe I have a striction issue I have been very diligent about fluid changes and used only royal purple. But I am going to be studding the heads, deleting egr and new oil cooler. Since I have the heads off I figure why not do them.

    So as the saying goes " A ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". I will be doing this in spring once the Canadian winter is gone.

    For basic repair work I can't really help you out with a shop or name. I guess it depends what you need fixed. I do most work myself.

    I haven't really come across anyone that is into modifying the mighty 6.0. Yes there are a number of trucks that have custom tunes, lift kits, larger exhausts, and EGR deletes completed. Some even have turbos and larger injectors, but those are few and far between. I have seen way more 6.4s with 550-600hp, since the upgrade requires just a tuner.

    What are you planning on doing? Mach617 (in New Brunswick) is slowly building a monster. He is using injectors that I had machined for him (190s). He is also plugging them to bring them up to about 208s (we discussed that option prior to cutting them). Wesley Machine in Winnipeg will cut them to the dimensions you require, but you need to tell them what the cuts are.

    G'day!! Local powerstroker close to Oakbank as well. Been reading these forums as I'm troubleshooting my 6.0 and researching carefully to see what kind of upgrade/knowledge is out there. I want to tackle the project myself but am still leaning towards finding a very reputable person to work on my rig in the area. If you could suggest someone that would be super helpfull. Thanks!!
