I don't have pics, but. The way I found it was lay on your back pass. side of engine. I reached right above the starter and felt it on the side of the block. If no cord is pesent, you'll feel what seems to be a threaded pipe about 1inch in diameter and it will have two metals prongs in it. If you can twist your head up in there, it is visible also.
You have to buy a cord from ford or international that plugs into that port on the block. From the block the cord will run up to behind the front bumper near the fog lights usually. That is where it terminates as far as where it should be from the factory, you then plug your house extension cord into the new cord hanging out of the front of your truck.
I think the years 04 and earlier the heater and cord came standard, but in 05 the cord became an option.
