Hey all,

I have 235/85/16 load e tires on my truck and I hate how large the sidewalls are, my question is what are your thoughts on going with a different tire with a smaller aspect ratio that are NOT Load e?

Reason I am asking this I don't think these balloons would look good on a lowered dually!!!

thanks,

DEVLYN

drop down to a LT215-85R16 or LT225-75R16 and don't go anything less then a LR E(10PLY)on a dually.

ON EDIT:
235-85R16=32-9.00R16
215-85R16=30.5-8.50R16
225-75R16=29-8.50R16
all of these come in LR E(10PLY)tires.

thanks all I figured it would be a no go I guess I will have to look for a 75 series load e tire

bigcountrysg- My truck will be fine lowered I don't bring it out when snow or salt is on the ground It is a clean truck but it is 12 yrs. old and I would love for the body to last!!!

I have safety meetings for work on saturday and I will not be able to make it to this one

but I might be able to go to the next one ( if there is one) as long as none of that white stuff is on the ground

Thanks again,

DEVLYN

Oh I see you have a pretty truck, That is show and go, kept in the garage and out of Michigan Weather. Your truck is 6 years older then mine. But I bet I have more rust then you.

Your truck is very nice looking I don't blame you for not wanting to bring it out in our crappy weather.
