2wks ago I had 4wheel parts install some 35x12.50 Xtreme AT's. Truck Vibrated like all holy hell above 25mph. they used incorrect weights (and nicked up 1 wheel real bad). this morning I went to the Ford Quick Lane down the road and had them force balance them on a hunter 9700. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! It's like a different truck. NO VIBES, it's so smooth... like new from the factory. They used weights that are correct (like the ones from the factory). Kudos to the guys at that quick lane! :woot: Ironic they are across the street from 4wheel parts. Another note, quick lane was the cheapest price around town for this service, cheaper than tires plus even. I recomend you guys get your tires force balanced only! :thumb:
discount tire or americas tires does pretty much the same thing. Work at discount and you would be amazed at the people we get coming from 4wheel parts saying there truck almost bounced off the road.
I don't think it's b/c of the people working there, it's just the fact they don't have the EQUIPMENT to do it properly. which would be considered a ... "company issue".
Hunter is the best in the business, the reason alot of guys don't have a machine like that is due to how much they cost,we have the GSP9200 and it was $8.5K and the 9700 was a whole lot more but we plan on getting it some time.
To me, the 9700 Hunter is gold. I want to have them do the alignment here pretty soon.. on the straight track system hunter makes.
Heavy Assault- Like your sig pic. what size tires/wheels and level kit do yo have?
